Orders & Customization

  • How will I know when new products have arrived?
    We announce all new products, designs, and restocks on our social media accounts:

  • Can I choose the font for my product?
    Yes! If you have a specific font in mind, send us a picture or name of the font. If we can’t use the exact one, we’ll find something similar. Please email us at dawn@eosflora.com or cori@eosflora.com, or reach out through our social media accounts.

  • Can I choose the thread color(s) for my product?
    Yes! We offer a wide range of colors. If you’d like a specific shade, send us the details (color name, hex code, or a photo). We’ll match it as closely as possible.

  • Can I request a custom design?
    Yes! If you’d like a unique design, send us the details (picture, description, or something similar). Custom design and digitizing fees may apply.

  • Can I bring my own apparel?
    Yes. If you’d like us to embroider on your own clothing, please email us first to confirm. Note: We are not responsible for replacement if damage occurs to customer-supplied items during embroidery.

  • Do you offer wholesale for businesses?
    Yes! We provide wholesale orders for businesses. Email us with your details for a quote.

Production & Shipping

  • How long does it take to complete an order?
    Because all orders are custom-made, please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Larger or highly customized orders may take longer.

  • Can I request a rush order?
    Possibly! Please contact us before placing your order to confirm if we can meet your deadline. Rush fees may apply.

  • How do I send in clothing for keepsake items?
    Customers are responsible for shipping or dropping off clothing/personal items. Production begins once we receive them.

  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and current carrier rates. We primarily ship via USPS but may use other carriers if it results in better service or cost.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes.

Returns & Policies

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Because our products are personalized and custom-made, all sales are final.

  • If there is an error on our part, we will provide a replacement.

  • We are not able to refund or replace items due to customer errors (e.g., spelling mistakes provided in the order).

  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you on a replacement.

  • Do you provide order cancellations?
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already started. After that, cancellations are not possible.

Care Instructions

  • How should I wash my embroidered items?

  • Turn inside out before washing.

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Iron inside out if needed.
